During this call, we discuss the current state of the project, project goals, who is involved, current risks, etc. to better paint a picture of how we can add immediate value to the project.
The cost varies depending on the capacity needed, our availability, the size and complexity of the project, the level of experience and expertise required, and the duration of the project. For these services, we utilize a retainer model, invoiced monthly, for the duration of the project or as otherwise negotiated.
